Modernization of paint mixing facilities for plastic and body
Realized the complete modernization of the paint mixing facilities for plastic and for body with the replacement of all pneumatic pumps and agitators on electrical ones. All electrical equipment is made in an explosion-proof ATEX design. An intelligent automated control system for all paint mixing facilities parameters has been designed and installed. This modernization project was registered in the Federal Service for Environmental Technological and Nuclear Supervision Rostehnadzor.

Modernization of the supply system for UBC underbody mastic
The complete modernization of the UBC underbody mastic application area has been carried out. A group of low-pressure feed pumps (150 bar) and a group of high-pressure feed pumps (350 bar) are installed. As part of this modernization, a new material filtration system, a high-pressure damper unit and a new high-pressure pipeline with heating from a seamless cold-rolled pipe with wiring to work stations were installed.

Installation of two circulation system for supply painting material to the applying working posts in spray booth. Circulation systems was installed in the main paint mixing facility of the paint shop. Each system is based on a President (Graco) pneumatic pump. In the process of project realization, we assembled the painting materials supply pipelines from the systems to the work stations. The pipelines are made from stainless-steel.
